Some crab legs sound pretty good too.

Reclaiming treasure chests from giant whales can build up a big appetite.

Becky Bilby, one of my favorite librarians, works [...]

A giant beehive at the Orange City Public Library?I don’t seem to remember that being there last year!

I do remember them putting me to work, though!

Hey! Nobody called me to tell me it was brown shirt day!

Luckily, it looks like I did such a good job at yesterday’s story timethat they painted a portrait of me! At least I think it’s me…

Yesterday afternoon so many kids showed up to story time at the Sioux City Public Librarythat we [...]

The Early Bird Gets the Hug!

Yesterday was an early morning as we left for Sioux Center and Orange City at 4:30 a.m.!

But I will gladly get up early and drive anywhereif there is a hug waiting for me at the end!

It appeared I wasn’t the only one who drove a long way! I had a family come all the way from South Dakota to hear story time!

The library had some cool things, too, like a swimming pool full of sand…

And a scale model of [...]
