A Whole Lot of Love!

What an honor it was to start my morning being interviewed by KMAQ’s own Sheri Melvold!

I couldn’t chat for long though, because I had to rush off to the Maquoketa Public Library where I had a hunch I might run into a few relatives of mine. Of course, Aunt Judy and Uncle John didn’t disappoint!

Between my family, all the story time kids, and even the librarians, I get a whole lot of love!

My Many Talents!

I’m not sure why my storytelling powers get all the attention!

I have so many other talents I would love to share with the world, like my legendary juggling skills.

Or my ability to hold my breath under water for a really long time.

I even have a knack for communicating with fish.

The kids at the Scott County Library System in Eldridge have the best talent of all: READING!

Elephant Ride!

Yesterday was our first day of car trouble during the Reading Road Trip!So we were forced to get to the Dubuque Public Library by steamboat!

That didn’t work, so we tried flying there by flapping our arms really fast.

It turns out flapping didn’t help either, but luckilywe were able to catch a ride with a friendly elephant.

I’m not sure, but I think someone may have mixeda moustache potion into Dubuque’s water supply.
