Mrs. Roboto!

Today I was welcomed into the Johnston Public Library by an accomplished scientist. It was none other than Mrs. Roboto, the famous robot engineer.

She’s famous for creating some of the biggest robots you have ever seen!

She’s also famous for being the first person to ever install a joke button on robots.

And, what do you know? I tried a few of those robot jokes on my audience, and now my story time is 47% more hilarious than ever before!

The Bravest Baby in Iowa!

All summer I’ve been waiting for my family to attend story time! Today, they stopped to see me at the Johnston Public Library!

Just before story time was about to start, the building’s foundation began to crumble and a few of us fell through all the dirt, worms, and ants. We ended up landing in the catacombs under the library!

We had to navigate our way in and out of a maze of sarcophagi.

And just when we thought we had discovered a [...]

Darth Vader Strikes!

I was right! Darth Vader had landed in the library and was looking for a duel!

Luckily, he was no match for a Jedi such as myself. I had three great options for flying to my second stop of the day!

There were many familiar faces [...]

It’s Time to Spin the Wheel!

The Johnston Public Library was filled to capacity this morning during story time!

Since IPTV and the library are both located in the same city, they let me have a free spin on their prize wheel!

The prize I won was a safari around the world.

But fear not! I’m not going anywhere until I celebrate “One World, Many Stories” next week during my final few Reading Road Trip stops!

Jabberwartz, the Great Green Frog!

I thought I might take a walk around the pond this morning and say hello to all the creatures.

Luckily, I was there to save a diver and a surfer from a hungry pond-shark.

After my walk, it was off to the Johnston Public Library for adventure on the high seas!

Why is it everyone covers their eyes when I drive the pirate ship?

I navigated the pirate ship to my next destination: The Ericson Public Library in Boone! We made such a [...]
